Southaven Division

The foundation for the Southaven Division was laid in a cotton field in rural Tunica County during the casino boom in Northwest Mississippi in 1993. Without permanent electricity or potable water, transplanted corporate employees began working on a blueprint for rapid growth and productivity. The core group, led by Tim Beck, worked day and night to produce a living legacy that would stand the test of time in a fraction of the normal construction schedule. Since its inception, the Southaven Division has attempted to become a pillar in the local community, hiring local individuals and providing a safe and rewarding career opportunity. Through continued education and employee ownership opportunities, this division will continue to lead in our market.

As casino construction slowed in the Tunica area, the Southaven Division has striven to become the preferred contractor of the greater Memphis area. We have completed such projects as the DeSoto County Civic Center, the Women's and Cancer Centers at Baptist Memorial Hospital DeSoto Campus, Federal Express Technology Center, Covenant United Methodist Church, and NBC Capitol Markets Trading Floor. We are growing relationships with local general contractors that include Montgomery Martin, TDL, Omega, Flintco, and Murphy & Sons while working with out of town contractors like Jacobsen, Hardin, EMJ, and Rentenbach just to name a few.
